BA, MA, PDP, Certified Associate Organizational Coach
Diana Cullen
As an ICF accredited Associate Certified Coach, I partner with clients as they explore,
articulate, and attain goals that are important to them. I believe people have the
wisdom and ability within themselves to bridge the gap between what they are now, and what they desire to become.
As a coach, I lean into my strengths of empathy, adaptability, and curiosity to partner with people as they take stock of where they are now, and express their hopes for their future. Together, I work with people as they acknowledge, honour, agitate and shift stories they hold about themselves and their lives. Thus allows space for greater alignment with what they value, what they yearn for, and what their bodies say about it.
Cue more joy and connection!

About Story Shifters
Since 2015, Anne Donaldson and I have worked in partnership to co-create Story Shifters. Together we work as facilitator-coaches to nudge non-Indigenous people to come together in small groups to agitate and disrupt colonial stories they hold in front of others. As people unpack their role in current colonial practices such as land exploitation and social and economic injustices, they become vulnerable. This creates trust and relationship, and also fosters a stance of curiosity and inquiry rather than settling on an answer. What we know, or think we know, is disrupted. This inner work of testing colonial beliefs and bias in front of others enables people to be more respectfully unapologetic when they challenge colonial stories, attitudes and policy out in the world.
